Step Outside Your Comfort Zone – Documentary BTS Photography.

These past two summers have been an incredible adventure. Seeking to break free from my comfort zone of beachside living in Mazatlán, Mexico, I embarked on a journey to Naknek, Alaska, to experience the rugged and demanding life of commercial salmon fishing. Over two seasons, I immersed myself in the challenging yet rewarding work of set-net fishing, learning invaluable lessons about resilience, hard work, and the raw beauty of nature.

This transformative experience inspired me to create a short documentary, capturing the essence of my journey and the profound impact it had on my outlook on life. I wrote, shot, and edited the documentary to provide an authentic glimpse into the world of commercial fishing and my personal growth throughout the adventure.
